THE LIPSMACKER MATCH OF THE WEEK
The Glossy One was two for two last week! Maybe my luck is changing in this league…doubtful.
A/B Group – the match-up of Mike “Big Donkey” Harris and Ed “Big Ed” Petryk gets the nod this week. I like match-ups that have a long history. These two have met nine times with the original battle in 2004. Big Ed actually has the upper hand at 5-4 overall. The conditions will be wet tonight so it’s hard to predict exactly what will happen. The LG crystal ball says this – the soggy conditions damper Ed’s long drive ability and play into Mike’s smooth iron play. I think Mike hits 6 of 9 green in regulation and wins this match 6-4.
C/D Group – Allen “Cletus” Bloomhuff vs. Mike “Radio” Tucker. Honestly – I don’t want to make these two the match of the week but Mike seriously has not shut up about it since he got asked to sub. We get it Radio you are playing your boss. Stop calling it the match of the century…or a battle of the ages…or whatever. You know what – I’m making this my STONE COLD PICK OF THE YEAR: Cletus wins 7 – 3. Allen – if you lose and blame it on your back…you are dead to me.

I think week 12 is as good a time as any to do some more GCCGL endorsements. Let’s get right to it…shall we?
Joe Carrier – Gorton’s Fish Sticks
I’ll admit this is an easy one. People have been saying Joe looks like the Gorton’s fisherman since early in the season. But until you actually look at the picture above, you really cannot understand how much they do look alike. Every time I look at the picture it makes me laugh. HA HA HA!
George “Bleaker” Remington – the classic e-book Very Simple Tricks that Instantly Boost Your Confidence with Women
Some of you may find this endorsement a bit odd. However, I had the pleasure of playing with George last week and picked up on some of his subtle hints at having extreme confidence with women. Now I’d say George is a solid 6 – others could debate that. But when you hear him talk about good looking women, you would swear he is a 9.5. Throughout the round, references were made to attractive women (as guys normally do). Every time George had some sort of comment like – “her hands are too small” or “her hair is too thin.” Obviously, Bleaker is building confidence from his newly endorsed e-book.
John “Syndrome” Rayburn – The Good Father Guide
Some things go together like peanut butter and jelly. John Rayburn and parenting just works – am I right? John has like 15 kids he takes care of. Surely he has picked up a thing or two along the way. And, if you were fortunate enough to enjoy some post round beverages last week, you had the pleasure of hearing Syndrome’s 18th tee story. This endorsement makes perfect sense!
